Trash is included. Water and sewer are billed monthly through a third-party Billing System.
Do you offer parking?
Yes, parking is available for residents. While parking spaces are not assigned, each household is permitted up to two vehicles. A designated guest parking area is also available for visitors.
Are pets allowed?
Absolutely! Brookridge Village is a pet-friendly community. Breed restrictions and pet fees may apply. Contact the office for full pet policy details.
Do apartments include washer and dryer hookups?
Yes! Every apartment home includes washer and dryer hookups for your convenience.
Is renter’s insurance required?
Yes, all residents are required to maintain an active renter’s insurance policy throughout their lease term.
What amenities does the community offer?
Residents enjoy access to a refreshing swimming pool, an on-site laundry facility, and a dog park coming Summer 2026.
When is rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Late fees may apply after the applicable grace period.
How do I pay my rent?
Rent can be paid through the resident portal, via MoneyGram, or in the office for an additional processing fee.
How do I submit a maintenance request?
Maintenance requests can be submitted through the resident portal or by contacting the office.
Is emergency maintenance available?
Yes! Emergency maintenance services are available after hours for urgent maintenance issues that require immediate attention.
How do I receive my pool access code?
Pool access codes are issued through the office after all required documentation has been completed.
